Rutgers Forward Kadeem Jack to Have Surgery

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (October 10, 2011) – Rutgers University head men’s basketball coach Mike Rice announced today that redshirt freshman forward Kadeem Jack (Queens, N.Y.) will have surgery on his right foot this week to address an injury that occurred during a preseason workout last Friday (Oct. 7). Jack is expected to be sidelined approximately three to four months.
"Kadeem has worked extremely hard in preparation for the season,” said Rice. “He will remain very much involved in all team activities and we look forward to his complete recovery.”
