Rutgers Basketball Single Game Tickets on Sale Now

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (November 4, 2011) - Single game tickets for the 2011-12 Rutgers men's and women's basketball seasons are on sale now. Tickets may be purchased in person at the RAC ticket office, by calling 866-445-GORU (4678) or via the internet at tickets.scarletknights.com.
Men's basketball single game tickets in the mezzanine (200) level are $50.00 for BIG EAST Conference contests and the games versus LSU (12/3) and Florida (12/29). Mezzanine level seats for all other contests are $35.00. Single game tickets in the promenade (300) level are $30.00 for BIG EAST Conference contests and the games versus LSU and Florida. Promenade level seats for all other contests are $15.00. Courtside seating for men's games is sold out.
Among the options being offered for the men's season are "Half Season" and "Pick Six" packages. "Half Season" packages for nine games are available for $300.00 dollars in the mezzanine level and $180.00 in the promenade level. "Half Season" packages include the games against Dartmouth (11/11), Hampton (11/20), Princeton (12/7), Florida, Notre Dame (1/16), Cincinnati (1/28), Seton Hall (2/8), Syracuse (2/19) and St. John's (3/3). "Pick Six" packages are available for $204.00 in the mezzanine level and $126.00 in the promenade level. The option enables fans to choose three games from among Florida, Seton Hall, Villanova (3/1), Notre Dame and St. John's; two games from among West Virginia (1/4), Cincinnati, LSU and Princeton and one game from among Dartmouth, Sacred Heart (11/17), Hampton, UMBC (11/28), Monmouth (12/12), NJIT (12/22) and DePaul (1/25).
New for the 2011-12 season, Rutgers Athletics is offering premium hospitality at men's basketball games. Located in the rear corner of the RAC, the basketball hospitality will feature a catered buffet, cash bar, flat screen televisions and a comfortable seating area with couches and tables. The space will open 1.5 hours prior to tip-off and close at the start of the second half. Season passes are available for $360.00. Women's basketball single game courtside tickets, excluding Tennessee (12/13), are available for $30.00. Mezzanine level seats for all games are $22.50. General admission tickets are $10.00 and $15.00 for Tennessee.
On the women's side, a "Pick Six" package is available which enables fans to choose any six games in the mezzanine level for $120.00 and general admission for $60.00.
Group packages and "Birthday Packages" are available for both the men and women. Group packages for 20 or more are available starting at $10.00 for men's basketball and $5.00 for women's Basketball. Each child in a "Birthday Package" receives a ticket, hot dog or pizza, soda and poster, while the birthday child is also presented a t-shirt, media guide and his/her name on the scoreboard. "Birthday Packages" for the men are $20.00 per ticket and $15.00 per ticket for the women. There is a 10 person minimum for the "Birthday Package."
