Sanders (6-1, 170), is a four-star recruit and the 74th-rated overall player in the class of 2015, according to Rivals.com. ESPN.com also has him slated as a four-star recruit (86th overall) and the seventh-best point guard in the country, while 247Sports has him as the 67th best player in the nation. Sanders is considered an electric point guard possessing elite speed and handle on the court. Also ranked as the 15th point guard and 91st overall player in the country according to Scout.com, Sanders averaged 16.8 points, four assists and four steals per game during his junior season at Kathleen High School in Bradenton, Fla.
Johnson (6-6, 215), is currently a senior at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Va. The 50th overall forward in the class of 2015 according to ESPN.com, Johnson is slated as a three-star recruit by ESPN, Rivals.com and 247Sports.com. Johnson, who can play both guard and small forward, can attack the basket effectively and is a dangerous coast-to-coast player, according to ESPN's analysis. Johnson averaged 18.1 points and 6.5 rebounds-per-game during his junior season at Hapeville Charter in Atlanta, Ga.
Goode (6-3, 185) is a post-graduate student at Hargrave Military Academy. He is considered a skilled three-point shooter who can stretch defenses with his shooting ability. During his senior campaign at Lord Botetourt High School in Virginia, Goode averaged 19.9 points-per-game and was named VHSCA Group 3A Player of the Year. Goode shot 91.6 percent from the charity stripe and dished out 4.2 assists-per-contest to help Botetourt to a semifinal appearance in the 3A Virginia playoffs.
Rutgers, which opened its season Sunday night versus George Washington, next takes to the hardwood on Wednesday (Nov. 19) to host Fairleigh Dickinson in a 7:30 p.m. tip-off. The game will be streamed live from the RAC via the web on BTN Plus.
