Softball Announces 2015 Fall Schedule

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (Sept. 28, 2015) - The Rutgers softball team has announced four matchups for its 2015 fall schedule. The Scarlet Knights will host doubleheaders with Caldwell, LIU and Wagner, before traveling to Lehigh for its final contest of the fall.
RU's campaign kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 3, as the Scarlet Knights welcome Caldwell for two games beginning at noon. The weekend continues with LIU on Sunday, Oct. 4, also starting at noon.
On Saturday, Oct. 17, Rutgers wraps up its home slate against Wagner, as the first pitch of the day is set for 10 a.m.The fall campaign comes to a close with a road trip to Lehigh the following day (Oct. 18) with the first pitch set for noon.

Rutgers is coming off its inaugural season in the Big Ten, in which the Scarlet Knights registered an overall record of 29-20. RU finished the year ranked seventh in the conference, highlighted by the squad's first trip to the Big Ten Championships.
