Desiree Keeling To Transfer

PISCATAWAY, NJ. – Rutgers junior center/forward Desiree Keeling will transfer from the Scarlet Knight women's basketball program, it was announced by head coach C. Vivian Stringer.
Keeling, a native of Roanoke, Virginia, appeared in 22 games as a junior in 2017-18.
In her career at Rutgers, Keeling averaged 10.4 minutes per game averaging 2.3 points and 2.7 rebounds. She netted a career-high of 21 points that came in a double overtime contest with James Madison in December of 2016. Keeling also collected a double-double later that month against Temple with 10 points and 14 rebounds.
"We are appreciated of Desiree's commitment to the Scarlet Knights over the last three seasons and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors," said Stringer.
