Men’s Cross Country Prepares for Princeton Invitational

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers men's cross country prepares for its final tune up ahead of championships with an appearance at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 19. The race is set for a 10 a.m. start at the West Windsor Fields.
Rutgers placed third at the 2019 Metropolitan Championships last Friday at Van Cortlandt Park. Senior Cole Pschunder paced the Scarlet Knights with a fourth-place finish in the five-mile race, clocking a time of 26:08.3
Junior Patrick Walsh followed with a time of 26:53.1, finishing 13th in the field if 85. Classmate Billy Hill rounded out the Top 20 finishers with a mark of 27:14.6, crossing the line 18th.
Rutgers competes at the 2019 Big Ten Cross Country Championships on Sunday, Nov. 3 at Ohio State.
