B1G Quarterfinal: No. 2 Seed Women’s Soccer to Host No. 7 Seed Indiana

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – No. 16/14 Rutgers women's soccer is set to host Indiana for a Big Ten Quarterfinal match this Sunday, Nov. 3 at Yurcak Field. The second-seeded Scarlet Knights and the seventh-seeded Hoosiers will kick off at 12 p.m. ET.
Rutgers enters the postseason with an overall record of 14-2-2 and a Big Ten mark of 8-2-1, tying the most regular season wins and conference victories in program history. The Scarlet Knights finished as runner-up for the regular season league title for the second consecutive year.
Indiana wrapped up the regular season with a record of 8-8-2 overall and 4-5-2 in league play. This year, RU and IU met at Yurcak Field on Sunday, Oct. 20, when the Scarlet Knights claimed a 1-0 victory in overtime.
The Scarlet Knights are set for their sixth straight Big Ten Tournament since joining the league in 2014, earning the No. 2 seed for second consecutive year.
