Stackhouse Named Big Ten Sportsmanship Honoree

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Senior middle Jasmine Stackhouse was named the Rutgers Big Ten Sportsmanship honoree, it was announced by the league office this week.
The Detroit, Michigan native became RU's all-time blocks assist leader during the 2019 campaign and concluded her career teaming up for 350 stops. She collected 374 total blocks during her career to land fourth all-time in the Rutgers record books.
Stackhouse posted double figure kills in five matches including a career-high 13 kills and .478 hitting percentage against No. 7 Minnesota, which helped the Scarlet Knight set a steal a set against an AVCA Top 10 opponent for the first time since 2014.
The senior Scarlet Knight was also named to the Colgate All-Tournament team with 16 blocks and 21 kills across nine sets in sweeps of New Hampshire, Quinnipiac and host Colgate.
