THE FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
1. R Fund launched a new website at rfund.scarletknights.com. The redesigned page will better serve donors and supporters with centralized online giving, streamlined dissemination of R Fund's top priorities and opportunities to follow their donations' impact on Scarlet Knight student-athletes.
2. A program-record 40,306 fans attended home wrestling matches this season, good for an average of 5,038 per RAC dual. The Scarlet Knights closed out the home season on Sunday against Michigan.
3. Men's basketball visited with patients on Friday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital to lift some spirits and a deliver a few gifts.
4. Rutgers dance was selected to represent Team USA and defend its Pom National Championship at the International Cheer Union World Cheerleading Championships in Orlando, Fla. on April 24-26
5. Baseball and softball announced that road games this season will have free audio broadcasts through ScarletKnights.com and the official Rutgers Athletics game day mobile app. Free links to listen will populate on the schedule page for each program.
Men's Basketball (12-13, 5-10)
• Travels to No. 10 Michigan State on Wednesday (6:30 p.m., BTN) before welcoming Minnesota to the RAC on Sunday (6:30, BTN).
• Was poised to earn the comeback victory over No. 21/17 Iowa, but the UI made a desperation three-pointer with 0.2 seconds on the clock to escape a sold-out RAC on Saturday with a 71-69 victory. (Press Conference)
• Geo Baker and Montez Mathis both scored 12 points and Eugene Omoruyi iced the game with two clutch free throws, as RU earned a 59-56 win at Northwestern Wednesday evening. (Press Conference | Highlights)
• Episode five of the Rutgers Basketball Story aired, which included segments on team travel, the Northwestern victory and Trainer Rich Campbell.
• Four sellouts mark the first time in 14 years (2004-05, seven) that RU has experienced four or more home sell-outs in a season.
• The wins at Penn State and Northwestern signaled the first time RU has won multiple league road games in a season since joining the Big Ten in 2014-15.
Women's Basketball (17-7, 9-3)
• On the road this week at Indiana on Monday at 7 p.m. (BTN) and at Michigan on Thursday at 7 p.m. (BTN Plus)

No. 18 Wrestling (11-6, 4-4)
• Closes out dual season Friday at Maryland. (7 p.m., BTN2Go)
• No. 1 Anthony Ashnault (149) majored in his final home match and Joseph Grello (174) earned a decision in a 28-7 dual loss to No. 4 Michigan on Sunday in front of 5,364 fans at the RAC. (Recap | Photo Gallery | Senior Day Video)

Gymnastics (2-9, 1-4)
• Scored a 194.100 to finish behind Michigan State (195.425) in East Lansing.
• Michelle Amoresano and Jenna Rizkalla tied for first on vault with a 9.775.
• New for 2019, the Big Five meet has moved up in the schedule and will take place next weekend at Elevate the Stage in Toledo, Ohio. Rutgers is in the Saturday, Feb. 23 session at 7 p.m. with Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Ohio State. The meet determines positioning for the Big Ten Championships.
No. 18/19 Men's Lacrosse (2-1)
• Fell 10-9 to No. 19 Army. Max Edelmann had a career-high 17 saves. Recap | Highlights
• Last week, Kieran Mullins was named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week.
• Host No. 1 Loyola on Saturday (2 pm, BTN)
• Announced it will have seven games on national television this season (five on BTN, two on ESPNU).
Women's Lacrosse (1-0)
• Hosts Temple on Wednesday (4:30 p.m., BTN Plus) and Marist on Saturday (3 p.m., BTN Plus)
• Blasted LIU Brooklyn, 20-3, on Friday at in its season opener. (Recap | Highlights)
• Sophomore Taralyn Naslonski had a career-high 10 points and seven goals in the first half, while rookie Marin Hartshorn finished with six points on four goals and two assists.
Softball (4-6)
• Heads to Miami for the FIU Panther Invitational Friday through Sunday for five games against Monmouth, Columbia and host Florida International (Live Audio).
• Posted a 1-4 record at a closely contested Texas A&M Invitational, with Rutgers' average margin of loss at 1.5 runs. No. 22/17 Texas A&M needed a seventh-inning walk-off to top the Scarlet Knights.

Baseball (0-3)
• Opened the season with three losses at Miami. Used 12 newcomers throughout the weekend, including eight true freshmen.
• Travels to New Orleans this weekends for three games. Takes on Butler Friday, New Orleans Saturday and Chicago State Sunday.
Men's Track & Field
• Prepares for the 2019 Big Ten Indoor Championships on Fri. & Sat. (Championship Central) in Ann Arbor, Mich.
• Competed at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday.
Women's Track & Field
• Prepares for the 2019 Big Ten Indoor Championships on Fri. & Sat. (Championship Central) in Ann Arbor, Mich.
• Split squads between the Fastrack Last Chance and Princeton Invitationals last weekend. RU's 4x800m relay team brought home the crown from the Fastrack Invitational as freshmen Reanda Richards, Brooke Riedy, Erin Bertscha and sophomore Emma Bergman put together their fastest time of the season with an ECAC qualifying 9:09.62. Senior Oniesha Clarke took first in the long jump at the Princeton Invite reaching a season-best and ECAC qualifying distance of 5.97m (19' 6.25").(Recap)
Tennis (3-1)
•Travels to Princeton on Wednesday (5 p.m.) and Seton Hall on Sunday (7 p.m.).
• Defeated Brown, 5-2, to return to the win column on Saturday evening.
Men's Golf
• Continues spring season March 4-5 at the Colleton River Collegiate in Bluffton, South Carolina.
• Know Your Knights: Adam Gray
Women's Golf
• Returns to the links at the River Landing Classic, March 4-5, in Wallace, N.C.
• Placed 10th with a 925 (310-305-310) total at the 17-team Lake Oconee Invitational, played at Reynolds Lake Oconee Great Waters in Greensboro, Ga.
Swimming & Diving
• Travels to Indiana for the 2019 Big Ten Championships from Wednesday through Saturday at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatics Center in Bloomington, streaming live on BTN Plus | Preview
• Enters the Big Ten Championships with four swimmers seeded in the Top 8.
Men's Soccer
• Will host a one-day ID Camp on Sunday, March 3 from 1 - 5 p.m. at the Bubble.
Volleyball
• Announced three matches for its spring 2019 schedule.
