PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Rutgers women's swimming and diving is in action on Saturday competing against Michigan State and host Michigan on Saturday, Jan. 23 at Canham Natatorium. Diving begins at 10:30 a.m. while swimming starts at 11 a.m.

| LAST TIME OUT |
- Junior Jenna Douglass competed on the boards for the Scarlet Knights at last weekend's tr-meet with Ohio State and Penn State.
- Douglass placed fifth on the 1m with a NCAA Zone score of 273.40 that was .05 off her career-best set at the Frank Elm/Rutgers Invitational in 2018.
- The Cape Town, South Africa product also took eighth on the 3m with a score of 250.85.

- Last season, the 2019-20 Scarlet Knights totaled five school records, six pool records, 18 time/scores among the all-time top 10, two Zone finalists and a repeat NCAA qualifier.
- Junior Jenna Douglass qualified for zones on the 1m, 3m and platform placing 18th on the platform.
- Junior Kasja Dymek, who holds the sixth fastest 100 fly time narrowly missed "C" finals of the 100 fly at the Big Ten Championships in a swim-off. She was also a member of the 400 medley relay squad at Big Ten's that was .13 seconds off the school record.

- In its 2021 season opener, the fifth-ranked Michigan women's swimming program picked up victories over No. 12 Indiana (174-126) and No. 22 Northwestern (185.5-112.5).
- Wolverines placed first eight events led by victories from Olivia Carter in the 100 and 200 fly and 200 IM.

- Michigan State will be opening the season after having to cancel last weekend's meet with Purdue and Illinois.
- The Spartans feature nine seniors including all-american divers Amanda Ling and Erin Neely.

- The Rutgers women's swimming and diving team was honored with its 14th-straight College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholar All-American Team Award with one of the nation's top fall GPAs this week.
- The Scarlet Knights boasted a 3.77 fall term grade point average marking the 11th-best GPA among Division I women's swimming programs and second-best among Big Ten teams.
- Rutgers was among the more than 450 institutions from all levels and 183 Division I women's programs to earn CSCAA Scholar All-America honors for the 2020 fall semester for GPAs over a 3.0.
