Tennis Wraps Up Four-Game Road Swing with Matches at Indiana and Purdue

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers tennis travels to Indiana to continue a four-game road swing, starting the weekend with a stop at Indiana on Saturday, March 27 at 11 a.m. ET. The Scarlet Knights then visit the Purdue Boilermakers on Sunday, March 28 at 12 p.m. ET. Live results and a live stream will be available for both matches.
In the last weekend out, RU battled in a 5-2 loss at Penn State, where junior Tess Fisher and freshman Alisa Prinyarux picked up singles victories. Rutgers also rematched No. 10 Ohio State, suffering a 7-0 setback. The Buckeyes marked the third match against a ranked opponent for the Scarlet Knights this season.
Freshman Chloe Brown leads the team with three singles wins in conference play this season, while senior Maya Jacobs owns a pair of wins at the No. 1 singles spot. The duo also owns two doubles wins as a pair at the No. 1 position.
The duo of redshirt-senior Jaci Cochrane and freshman Daira Cochrane and the pair of Fisher and Prinyarux each have recorded three doubles match wins on the year.
