NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - The Rutgers-Maryland series moves to the College Ave Gym on Saturday where the Scarlet Knights close out their home schedule against the Terps at 4 p.m.
Seniors Yana Kamshilina and Mary Kate Painter will be honor prior to the start of the match.

| ABOUT THE SCARLET KNIGHTS |
- Senior Beka Kojadinovic continues to lead the Scarlet Knights attack at 2.72 k/s and swung for a career-high tying 18 kills in last Friday's four-set setback to No. 10 Purdue as well as a team-leading 13 in Wednesday's victory over Maryland. She leads RU with four double-doubles.
- Following on the stat sheet on the attack is junior Anastasiia Maksimova is at 2.46 k/s and collected her second double-double of the season with 11 kills and 14 digs along with a career-high four aces in the first meeting with the Terps.
- Junior Inna Balyko ranks seventh in the Big Ten in assists with 8.52 a/s and moved up to fifth all-time at Rutgers in the category against then-No. 19 Ohio State. She is second all-time in assists in the rally scoring era with 2,456 helpers.
- Redshirt junior Shealyn McNamara continues to lead the defense at the net with 54 total and 0.89 b/s. She is coming off a six-block effort against Maryland on Wednesday night.
- Also on the defense, freshman libero Madyson Chitty is collecting 2.87 d/s and has posted double-digit digs in six of the last ten matches. The rookie Scarlet Knight contributed 17 digs in Wednesday's night victory and also had a notable performance last time at the College Ave Gym having with a career-high 19 against No. 10 Purdue.

- The Terps come to the College Ave Gym at 4-13 having dropped a pair of matches at Illinois last weekend and a four-set setback to Rutgers on Wednesday. The losses snapped a three-game win streak, Maryland's longest since joining the Big Ten in 2014.
- Senior Erika Pritchard leads the Terps at 3.53 k/s and is currently second all-time at Maryland in kills and points. She is 10th in the league kills and sixth in service aces with 26. She had her sixth double-double of the year 17 kills and 10 digs on Wednesday night.
- Aiding on the attack is senior Nicole Alford at 6.15 a/s.
- On defense, senior Sam Burgio is the conference's leader in digs at 4.49 d/s while junior Rainelle Jones is third in blocking with 1.41 b/s with 96 total stops on the season.
| NOTES FROM WEDNESDAY NIGHT'S WIN |
- Rutgers took a 3-1 victory over Maryland in game one of the series giving the Scarlet Knights their most Big Ten wins in a season since joining the league in 2014.
- The 25-16, 16-25, 25-17, 25-22 win was the first for the Scarlet Knights over the Terrapins since 2015 and the first victory by RU in College Park since 1980.
- Three Scarlet Knights finished with double-doubles. Senior Beka Kojadinovic had a team-leading 13 kills to go along with 13 digs. Junior Anastasiia Maksimova swung for 11 points and collected a career-high 14 digs. Junior Inna Balyko registered 40 assists and 13 digs.
- Maksimova also served up a career-high four aces.
- Defensively, freshman Madyson Chitty led with 17 digs, while redshirt junior Shealyn McNamara posted six blocks along with five from the hands of freshman Tina Grkovic.
- The victory marked the third win in Big Ten play in the 2021 spring season, the most by the Scarlet Knights since joining the league in 2014.
- The win was also the first over Maryland since 2015 and first in College Park since 1980.
- It was the second time this season three Scarlet Knights collected a double-double in a contest. Kojadinovic, Maksimova and Balyko also had double-doubles in the five-set setback against current No. 9 Ohio State. Balyko and Kojadinovic each had their fourth double-double of the 2021 campaign while Maskimova posted her second. Balyko leads all current Scarlet Knights with 23 career double-doubles, while Kojadinovic has 10 and Maksimova has seven.
- Maksimova served up a career-high four aces surpassing her previous best of three against Michigan State last season. She has at least one service ace in the last three contests.
- Maksimova also collected a career-high 14 digs usurping her previous best of 13, which she had done on five prior occasions, the most recent against then No. 19 Ohio State this season.
