Tennis Travels to Maryland for Regular Season Finale

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers women's tennis travels to Maryland for its regular season finale on Saturday, April 17. Match time is set for 1 p.m. ET in College Park.
Last Friday, freshman Chloe Brown and Jaci Cochrane recorded singles wins over Iowa to open the Scarlet Knights' weekend at home. Freshman Daira Cardenas and junior Sydney Kaplan then claimed singles victories against Nebraska in RU's final home match of the year on Sunday.
Brown leads the team with four Big Ten singles wins this season, while senior Maya Jacobs, junior Tess Fisher, Cochrane and Kaplan all follow with three wins each. The duo of freshman Alisa Prinyarux and Fisher pace the squad with six doubles wins as a pair.
Up next, Rutgers readies for the Big Ten Tournament set for April 28- May 2 hosted at Wisconsin.
