Women’s Golf Opens Fall Season at Nittany Lion Invitational

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers women's golf begins its 2021 fall season on Saturday and Sunday at the Nittany Lion Invitational in State College, Pennsylvania. The three-round, 54-hole tournaments will be played on the Penn State White Course, a par 72, 6,115-yard venue.

2021 Spring Rewind
Under head coach Kari Williams, the Scarlet Knights return seven student-athletes from last year's team, a squad that carded lowest 54-hole score in program history at the River Landing Classic on March 9 in Wallace, North Carolina. Rossi produced the program's second-lowest 54-hole individual scorecard (-4) at the River Landing Classic, while Anna-Maria Diederichs earned Big Ten Golfer of the Week accolades after she tied for 11th on March 24 at the Pinetree Invitational in Kennesaw, Georgia. Devine wrapped up the season by qualifying as one of 30 amateurs for the prestigious U.S. Women's Open, held from June 3-6 at the Olympic Club in San Francisco.
