Final Results

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Two of Rutgers diving's Scarlet Knights reached the finals on 3-meter on the opening day of the NCAA Zone A Championships hosted by West Virginia at the Aquatics Center at Mylan Park.

Giulia Vittorioso finished eighth overall with a total score of 590.55. She was 3.00 short of reaching sixth place and obtaining a spot at the NCAA Championships. The sophomore Scarlet Knight reached finals after placing seventh in the prelims with a score of 286.00.

Holly Prasanto placed 10^th totaling 586.85. The sophomore Scarlet Knight advanced to the finals round scoring 278.35 and taking 14^th in prelims.

Also in competition on Monday was graduate student Jenna Douglass. Douglass made her fourth NCAA Zones appearance on 3-meter. The Scarlet Knight graduate student placed 23^rd overall with a score of 264.70.

NCAA Zone A Diving Championships continue on Tuesday with Douglass, Pransanto, Vittorioso along with Savana Trueb on 1-meter. Competition begins at noon.
