EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. – The Rutgers women's tennis team (7-7, 1-5 B1G) was defeated by the No. 11 Ohio State Buckeyes (10-2, 4-1 B1G), 4-0 Sunday afternoon.
Doubles
RU battled in doubles play, but ultimately dropped the point to the Buckeyes, including the No. 15 ranked duo in the nation.
Singles
The Scarlet Knights fought hard in singles play, but could not overcome OSU and dropped three straight. However, in unfinished matches,
Zeynep Ilker won her first set 6-1 while
Zuzanna Frankowska went to the tiebreaker against No. 8 Luciana Perry.
