Rutgers Softball To Play In DI Leadoff Classic

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers softball will be participating at the 23rd NFCA Division I Leadoff Classic presented by MaxBP. The Scarlet Knights will be among the 18 programs from nine conferences at the four-day showcase on February 5-8 at the Eddie C. Moore Complex in Clearwater, Fla.

Rutgers opens play with N.C. Central and 2025 Women's College World Series participant Tennessee on Friday, Feb. 6. Play continues with the Scarlet Knights meeting Tennessee State and NCAA Regional semifinalist and Southland Conference champion Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday, Feb. 7. Action concludes with RU taking the field against Notre Dame on Sunday, Feb. 8.
