- SET 3 (16-25) | Kami Dyrstad served up an ace for a 7-5 RU lead, but Washington took control of the set behind a 10-2 run to follow. The Huskies hit a match-best .500 with 17 kills on 32 attacks with only one miscue. Skylar George collected a trio of kills for the Scarlet Knights.
- SET 4 (31-33) | A marathon final frame saw 14 ties, five lead changes, and the two squads playing through 10 set-point opportunities. The Scarlet Knights poured out seven unanswered points, including a pair of aces from Howell for a 14-12 advantage. A Romes attack put Rutgers at its first opportunity to take the frame up 24-21, but the Huskies came back with four-straight points for their first chance at taking the set. Maxwell thwarted Washington's moment, but the Huskies had three more chances at closing out the frame stopped by errors, two from the line and one on the attack. A swing from Romes and Howell's third ace had the Scarlet Knights up 30-29 and serving for set point, but a service error continued the match. Two more Huskies errors kept RU's hopes alive as the Scarlet Knights held on at 31-30, but Washington prevailed on a pair of RU errors and kill from Samantha Destler. Ā
