Women’s Lacrosse Announces Staff Updates for 2026-27 Season

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers women's lacrosse head coach Melissa Lehman has announced staff updates ahead of the 2026–27 season. Evan Mager has been elevated to associate head coach and defensive coordinator, while TT Naslonski will serve as offensive coordinator and Livy Rosenzweig as co-offensive coordinator and special teams coach.
The staff guided the Scarlet Knights through one of the nation's toughest schedules in 2026, leading to the program's most overall (11) and Big Ten (4) wins since 2022. The season was capped by a third NCAA Tournament appearance under Lehman, highlighted by a 12–11 opening-round victory over No. 17 Princeton. Rutgers finished the season ranked No. 16 in the final IWLCA Coaches Poll.
Since taking over the program in 2019, Lehman has led the Scarlet Knights to three NCAA Tournament berths after the program qualified just once in 43 seasons prior to her arrival. The 2022 Big Ten Coach of the Year has mentored 21 All-Big Ten selections, 15 All-Region picks and 13 All-America selections during her tenure "On the Banks."
"I'm excited to announce these staff updates ahead of next season," Lehman said. "All three have been vital to our team's recent success and will continue to help us achieve our goals of building a championship-level program right here at Rutgers."
Mager completed his first season on staff last spring, working primarily with the defense and goalies while also serving as the team's recruiting coordinator. Under his guidance, defender Katie Buck earned First Team All-Big Ten and Honorable Mention All-America accolades in 2026, becoming the program's first all-conference defensive selection since 2023. Buck also led the team in ground balls (30) and caused turnovers (28).
Entering her fifth season on staff, Naslonski helped mentor an offense that finished second in the Big Ten and seventh nationally in assists per game (8.41), as well as 18th in the country in points per game (21.82). Caroline Ling earned All-America, All-Region, and All-Big Ten laurels with a program-record 97 points on 63 goals and 34 assists.
Rosenzweig enters her third season on staff. Working with the draw specialists, she helped Buck secure 166 draw controls in 2026, which ranked second in the Big Ten and set Rutgers single-season and single-game (16) records. Alongside her coaching duties, Rosenzweig continues a successful professional career, recently helping the Maryland Charm capture a WLL Championship earlier this month in Philadelphia, where she contributed a goal, six ground balls, and 14 draw controls in the title win.
