2016: Team captain ... started all 18 games at back, with six goals and six assists (18 points) ... had first career multi-goal game with two goals in 5-0 win over VCU (Aug. 27) ... had one goal and one assist in wins over Ohio (Sept. 8), Cornell (Sept. 11) and Siena (Sept. 18) ... had assist at Indiana (Sept. 23) and in win at No. 15 Iowa (Sept. 23) ... scored goal on penalty stroke in 3-1 win at Ohio State (Oct. 16) ... earned Sportsmanship Award from the Big Ten ... had assist versus No. 3 Maryland in Big Ten Tournament Quarterfinals (Nov. 3) ... named to All-Big Ten Tournament Team ...  ... named 2016 Academic All-Big Ten ... participated in 2016 Young Women’s National Championship with Team USA prior to season.

2015: Started 16 games, and set career-highs with four goals and three assists (11 points)… scored at Miami (Ohio) (Oct. 11) … recorded one goal and two assists in win against Missouri State (Sept. 19) ... scored goal against No. 9 Virginia (Sept. 4) ... named Big Ten Conference Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 1) … had first career multi-point game against Ball State (Aug. 29) with a goal and an assist on the game-winning goal … participated in 2015 Young Women’s National Championship with Team USA prior to season.

2014: Started first 19 games of the season on defense... scored her first career goal against Lafayette (Sept. 7) ... had 13 shots (seven on goal).


2013: Started 17 of 18 games in her rookie season ... notched six shots on the season ... recorded her first career assist at Vermont (Sept. 1) ... put two shots on goal vs. Monmouth (Oct. 9) ... played a key role on a defense that allowed just 1.83 goals per game and posted four shutouts.

High School/Personal: Four-year member of the Middletown High School North Varsity field hockey team ... voted team MVP for her efforts during her sophomore, junior and senior campaigns ... switched between defense and midfield and finished her career with 40 goals and 20 assists ... helped the Lions capture a Shore Conference A North Division Title ... two-time all-county first team, second team all-shore, and All-A North ... played seven years of club hockey for Jersey Intensity ... helped Jersey Intensity secure four USA Field Hockey Disney Showcase medals, four USA National Field Hockey Festival medals, and three USA National Indoor Tournament medals ... active member of the USA Field Hockey Futures Elite Program ... holds the Middletown North 400, 300, and 55 meter dash school records ... active member of both the National and Spanish Honors Society ... parents are Kenny and Darlene Freshnock ... sister Danielle played for Rutgers from 2010-2013 and currently coaches field hockey at Appalachian State... also has a younger brother, Chad.
