2019 Outdoor (Graduate)
-Became a four-time All-American in the javelin with a throw of 69.71m at the NCAA Championships (June 5), finishing ninth in the nation.
-Finished ninth in the javelin with a throw of 66.88m at the NCAA East Preliminary (May 24), advancing to the Championships.
-Won the javelin title for the third time at the Big Ten Championships, recording a throw of 71.83m to earn First Team All-Big Ten accolades (May 10).
-Placed third in the javelin throw championship with a mark of 67.37m at the 125th Penn Relays (April 27).
-Won the javelin to help collect the team title at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13). 
-Finished second in the javelin (66.54m) at the Florida Relays (Mar. 28).
-Won in the javelin (72.30m) at the USF Bulls Invite (Mar. 23).

2018 Indoor and Outdoor (Senior)
-Redshirted due to shoulder surgery and undiagnosed heart condition


2017 Outdoor (Junior)
- First Team All-American in the javelin with eighth place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 7-10)
- Represented Rutgers at the USATF Championships, placing eighth in javelin
- Big Ten javelin champion with a mark of 75.17m (246' 7") (May 12-14)
- Set Rutgers school and personal records with mark of 76.67m (251' 6") at the Penn Relays (April 27-29)
- Won four consecutive javelin events at the USF Bulls Invitational (March 17-18), Sam Howell Invitational (April 8), the Metropolitan Championships (April 14-15) and the Georgia Tech Invitational (April 21-22)

2016 Outdoor (Sophomore)
- Honorable Mention All-American in the Javelin
- NCAA Championships Qualifier (Javelin)

- NCAA East Region Qualifier (10th, Javelin - 68.96m)
- Big Ten Outdoor Champion in the javelin with a PR of 73.24m

- Finished second in the championship division of the javelin with a throw of 71.14m at the Penn Relays (April 28-30)
- Secured javelin title with a throw of 71.67m at the Georgia Tech Invite (April 22-23)
- Captured the javelin title with a throw of 71.98 during the Seminole Invite (April 15-16)
- Finished first in the javelin with a toss of 69.12m during the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 8-9)
- Set a meet record with a first-place throw of 69.92m at the USF Bulls Invitational (March 17-18).

- One of the greatest Javelin throwers in South Jersey history
- Finished 2014 with the 4th best throw in the US
- Won the 2013 NJ Meet of Champions and finished 2nd in 2014
- Placed in the top 4 at both the New Balance National Championship and the World Youth Trials
- High school All-American in the javelin

Personal:

  • A human resource management  major with a concentration in labor studies
  • Dean's List both semesters in 2017, three-time NCAA Academic All-American, two-time Academic All-Big Ten, member of the National College Athlete Honor Society
  • Proudest sports moment was representing Team USA and winning the gold medal at the Junior Pan American Games and winning the Big Ten Championship in the javelin two years in a row
