2017 (Junior): Placed ninth in the 5 Mile at the NYC Metropolitan Championships with a personal best of 26:12.2 to contribute to first-place finish (Oct. 13) … finished a team best 95^th out of 359 runners in the 8K with a time of 24:48.1 at Paul Short Gold (Sep. 29) … placed a team best sixth in the 8K with a time of 25:07.2 at Rider XC Invite to lead team to third place finish (Sep. 15) … took sixth with 26:46.1 in the 5 Mile to help team place as runner-up at Fordham University Fiasco XC Invitational (Sep. 9) … opened season with a personal best of 18:55.0 in the 6K to place 8^th and help team to first place finish (Sep 1).

2016 (Sophomore): Named All-East University performer with his 17th-place finish of 26:25 at the IC4A Championships (11/19) ... placed 53rd with a time of 31:54.0 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/11) ... finished 81st with a time of 26:26.4 at the Big Ten Championships (10/30) ... placed 25th at the Princeton invitational with a time of 24:44.7 (10/15) ... placed sixth with a time of 26:39.3 at the Metropolitan Championships (10/7) ... top finisher for RU with a sixth-place individual time of 24:57.07 at the Rider Invitational (9/16) … produced a time of 27:12.8, good for 21st at the Spiked Shoe Invitational in State College, Pennsylvania (9/10).

2015 (Freshman): USTFCCCA All-Academic selection … helped Rutgers finish second at the IC4A Championships (11/21) at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, the Scarlet Knights' best team result at the event in more than 15 years … ended with a 37th-place time of 26:51.5 at the IC4A Championships … competed at the 2015 Big Ten Championships at the Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course in Chicago (11/1) … participated in the Princeton Invitational (10/17) … helped RU to a third-place result at the Metropolitan Championships (10/9) with a 26th-place time of 27:39.3 … finished 23rd at the Rider Invitational (9/19) with a mark of 25:19.1 … made collegiate cross country debut with a seventh-place time of 27:06.96 at the Fordham Fiasco (9/12).

Prior to Rutgers: All-state selection in both cross country and track at Timber Creek … finished second in the 800m with a PR of 1:57.26 at the NJSIAA South Group 3 Sectional ... placed fifth at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions.
