2019 Outdoor (Senior): 

• Contributed to the 4x800m relay's time of 7:47.06 to finish 8th at the 125th Penn Relays (April 27).
• Set an outdoor PR of 1:54.95 in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 20). 
• Finished sixth in the 800m (1:54.57) and first with the 4x400m (3:18.28) at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13).
• Finished fourth in the 800m (1:56.08) at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6). 

2019 Indoor (Senior): 

• Posted a PR in the 400m with a time of 50.16 at the Rider 5-Way (Mar. 30). 

2019 Indoor (Senior): 

• Reset his PR in the 800m with a time of 1:53.63 at the BU Invite (Feb. 9). 
• Finished fourth in the 500m with a PR of 1:05.03 at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1).  
• Posted a personal-best time of 1:54.56 in the 800m at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).

2018 Outdoor (Junior):

• Finished second in the 800m with a personal-best time of 1:54.74 at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 19).
• Clocked a time of 51.57 in his debut in the 400m at the 2018 Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (April 14)

2018 Indoor (Junior):

• Collected All-East honors with the 4 x 800 relay team at the IC4A Championships (Mar. 3-4), posting a time of 7:37.40
• Set a PR of 1:54.92 in the 800m at the David Hemery Valentine's Invitational (Feb. 9-10)
• Contributed to the distance medley relay team’s third-place finish with a time of 10:18.60 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
• Finished sixth in the 500m with a time of 1:06.34 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
• Posted a PR of 1:06.08 in the 500m at the Dr. Sander Invitational (Jan. 26)
• Finished fourth in the 600m with a time of 1:23.42 at the TCNJ Winter Open (Dec. 2)

• Placed 31st in the 800m at the Big Ten Championships (May 12-14)
• Ran on the runner-up 4x800 relay team at the Metropolitan Championships (April 14-15) ... placed seventh in the 800m

2017 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Finished 93^rd in the 800m at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Contributed to the 31^st place finish in the 4x400 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Contributed to the 6^th place finish in the distance medley relay at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Finished sixth in the 500m run at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2) with a time of 1:06.19.
- Placed 22^nd in the 800m at the UPenn 8-Team Select (Jan. 21).
- Ran in the winning 4x800 relay at the Rutgers Invitational (Jan. 6-7)

2016 Outdoor (Freshman):

• Placed ninth in the 800m at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational (April 15-16)

• Ran on the runner-up 4x800 relay at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 4-5) and the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 22)
• Made collegiate debut with fifth place finish in the 600m and third place performance in the 4x800 relay at the Rutgers Invitational (Jan. 8-9)
