2014 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in five games as the backup quarterback ... completed 11 passes and rushed for 69 yards rushing during the season ... one of 27 in the program named Academic All-Big Ten (12/10) ... saw action in the second half at Michigan State (11/22) and converted three passes for 31 yards ... completed four passes for 49 yards and rushed for 54 yards in the second half at Nebraska (10/25) ... rushed for 46 yards on first carry against the Cornhuskers ... played one series at Ohio State (10/18) and completed a pass for seven yards ... made collegiate debut and completed one pass versus Howard (9/6) ... named the backup quarterback in preseason camp (8/12).
