2012: Was in a tight battle for starting spot at right guard during spring drills ... appeared in 10 games with four starts at right guard, receiving the starting nod in the final three games of the regular season: at Cincinnati (11/17), at Pitt (11/24) and vs. Louisville (11/29) ... earned the start in a 23-13 win at USF (9/13) ... member of the BIG EAST All-Academic Football Team.

2011: Made only appearance of season in 48-0 victory over North Carolina Central (9/1) ... moved from defensive line to offensive line during the season ... recorded two assisted tackles, including one tackle-for-loss and half a sack ... member of the BIG EAST All-Academic Football Team.

2010: Did not see game action ... redshirted.

Prior to Rutgers: Two-year letterwinner and two-year starter for head coach Mike Matta at Downingtown East High School ... selected to play for Pennsylvania in prestigious Big 33 game ... Philadelphia Inquirer All-Southeastern Pennsylvania defensive selection as a senior for the Cougars ... Pennsylvania Writers Second Team Class AAAA All-State selection on defense ... posted 56 tackles, including 24 tackles-for-loss and a school single-season record 17 sacks as a senior from his defensive tackle position ... led team to a 10-3 record as a senior and a spot in the PIAA District 1 Class AAAA semifinals ... rated as the No. 31 prospect in the Keystone state by SuperPrep Magazine ... a communication major.
