Daily News Defensive Player of the Year as a senior ... set a school record with 150 tackles as a senior ... finished as Barron Collier's all-time leader with 330 career tackles ... averaged 13.6 tackles per game including a career-high 22 against Palmetto Ridge ... did not play a varsity game until six games into his sophomore season ... averaged almost 12 tackles per game in two and a half years playing in high school ... all-district performer who was one of 10 linebackers selected for the state's North-South all-star game ... a labor & employment relations major.
