PUNK ON CHOOSING RUTGERS: “I chose Rutgers because it seemed to be a perfect fit for me. The excitement of going to a big school and playing softball in the Big Ten made it a no brainer for me. Another reason I chose Rutgers was because of their amazing academics and great reputation of the business school. Rutgers is close to home and is a school that will challenge me academically, athletically, and socially.”

HEAD COACH KRISTEN BUTLER ON COLLINS: “We are thrilled that Lauren has chosen to be a Scarlet Knight. I have been following her since high school and to our benefit, we are able to add her to our team now. She will give us strength to our infield. I love when we can add New Jersey players to our roster. Welcome ‘To The Banks’ Lauren.”
