Rutgers University Athletics

Returning to her alma mater, Caity Britcher is in her third season as the director of operations for Rutgers gymnastics in 2018-19. She provides day-to-day support, team logistics and coordination, while also helping to facilitate both college and USAG meets.

Britcher is familiar with the program after spending four year as a student manager. In addition, she helped to found the club gymnastics team as freshman, competed all four years and now coaches. The team has made back-to-back appearances in finals at the NAIGC Nationals, placing sixth in 2016 and eighth in 2015.

After graduating, Britcher worked with Athletes in Action on campus for three years before taking her current position. She also worked at International Gymnastics Camp for eight years as a coach, counselor and promoter.

Britcher earned a Rutgers degree in exercise science; applied kinesiology in 2013.
