
Rutgers Men's Lacrosse Ready to Host No. 10 Army

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (March 15, 2011) – Coming off a midweek victory over Jacksonville, the Rutgers men’s lacrosse team (5-1) will host No. 10 Army (4-2) on Saturday, March 19, in a 1 p.m. matchup at the RU Turf Field.
Rutgers has been led offensively by Duncan Clancy (Princeton, N.J.) and Scott Klimchak (Clark, N.J.). Clancy leads the team with 22 points on six goals and a team-leading 16 assists, while Klimchak is close behind with 21 points on 12 goals and nine assists.
The RU defense is led by Andrew D’Agostino (Syracuse, N.Y.) who has a team-best 11 caused turnovers and 22 ground balls.
Army, coached by Joe Alberici in his sixth season, is led offensively by Jeremy Boltus who has 27 points on 11 goals and 16 assists. The Black Knights also get contributions from Garrett Thul, who leads the team with 15 goals, and Devin Lynch who has 10 points on the season. In the cage for Army is Tom Palesky who is 4-2 on the season with 62 saves and a 7.05 goals against average.
