
Rutgers Field Hockey's Stuby Earns Academic Excellence Award

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (May 1, 2012) - Rutgers field hockey goalkeeper Sarah Stuby (Roxbury, N.J.) earned the Academic Excellence Award, given to the top 10 percent of the sophomore class, as determined by overall grade point average.
The Art History major is also working towards a minor in Psychology and Jewish Studies and has accumulated a 3.8 GPA during her time "On the Banks." Last season she was named to the BIG EAST Academic All-Star Team.
The Roxbury, N.J., native made all 18 starts for the Rutgers in the cage during the 2011 season and finished with a 5-13 record. In just her second season, Stuby moved into 10th place all-time in the RU record books in saves (139) and goals against average (2.55).
