PISCATAWAY, N.J. - In the inaugural season of Big Ten Conference lacrosse, Rutgers will receive unprecedented national television exposure. The Scarlet Knights will play four nationally televised games this season, with two games on Big Ten Network and two games on ESPNU. In the first season for Big Ten Conference lacrosse, four of Rutgers' five conference games will be broadcast by national television.
"I am excited about the national exposure this will bring our program," head coach Brian Brecht said. "This will be a great opportunity for all our alumni and fans across the country to watch Rutgers play this season."
RU will have two games televised nationally by the Big Ten Network. First is a home game versus Maryland on Sunday, April 12. Additionally, the game at Penn State on Sunday, April 19 will be broadcast by BTN. The times for those games are still yet to be announced.
John Hopkins joined the Big Ten Conference this season as an affiliate member for men's lacrosse only. The Blue Jays first ever Big Ten game will be against the Scarlet Knights, which will be televised by ESPNU on Sat. March 28 at 2 p.m. Rutgers regular season finale, a home game against Ohio State at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, will also be televised by ESPNU.
In addition, six home games will be broadcast by BTN Plus. The full schedule for those broadcasts is below.

· Tuesday, March 17 vs. Princeton (6 p.m.)
· Friday, March 20 vs. NJIT (6 p.m.)

The Scarlet Knights will have nine home games at High Point Solutions Stadium. Season tickets remain on sale now , while tickets for Saturday's home opener versus No. 6/5 Virginia can be purchased here.
