Sbrilli Named to B1G All-Tourney Team

PISCATAWAY, N.J. --Rutgers women's lacrosse redshirt senior midfielder Lauren Sbrilli (Martinsville, N.J.) was named to the inaugural Big Ten Women's Lacrosse All-Tournament Team, announced Sunday. Sbrilli, a 2015 All-Big Ten selection, scored a goal and added an assist against eventual Big Ten Tournament runner-up, Ohio State, in the Big Ten Quarterfinals.
No. 2 Penn State defeated No. 4 seed Ohio State, 13-11, Sunday in the Big Ten Tournament Championship to secure the inaugural league crown at High Point Solutions Stadium.
Sbrilli ended her final season as a Scarlet Knight by leading Rutgers in goals (36), points (42), shots (95) and shots on goal (72). In all-time program history, Sbrilli closed her career 14th on the all-time points list with 129 "On the Banks," including 112 goals and 17 assists.
