Three Men’s Lacrosse Alumns Join MLL Teams

Christian Trasolini and Kris Alleyne to Dallas Rattlers, Chad Toliver to Atlanta Blaze
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers men's lacrosse saw three former players join Major League Lacrosse teams this past week. Christian Trasolini and Kris Alleyne were added to the Dallas Rattlers roster, while Chad Toliver joins the Atlanta Blaze.

Trasolini played midfield at Rutgers from 2014 to 18, finishing his career with 74 goals and 22 assists for 96 points, and also scooping 54 ground balls. The New Hyde Park, N.Y. native was named preseason Honorable Mention All-American by Inside Lacrosse going into his senior season and was a Big Ten Preseason Honoree.

Alleyne was a goalkeeper 'On the Banks' from 2013 to 2016. He started 49 games between the pipes, holding a goals-against-average of 10.40 and a .529 save percentage. The New City, N.Y. native finished his career with 545 saves, which is the fifth most in school history. He was the BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Year and First Team all-conference selection in 2013 and was selected for the North vs South All Star Game following his senior season. Alleyne previously played for the Rattlers during the 2017 season. He was recently named an assistant coach at Canisius.

Toliver played midfield at Rutgers from 2015 to 2018. The Atlanta native finished his career with 28 goals, nine assists and 37 points. He caused seven turnovers and collected 19 ground balls, seeing time at both offensive and defensive midfielder. He was recently named the head coach of the Louisville Male High School lacrosse team.
