Men’s Lacrosse Season Tickets on Sale Now
Nov 27 | Men's Lacrosse
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Season tickets for Rutgers men's lacrosse are now on sale via the Rutgers ticket office. Fans can purchase tickets by calling 1-866-445-GORU (4678) or ordering online via ScarletKnights.com.
Season tickets will be available this season for only $40. Single game tickets can be purchased in advance for $10, and group packages are available for $5 per person. Single game youth and senior tickets can be purchased the day of the game for $7.
Parking is available for free at the stadium on game days. Fans can register their cars for free parking online.
Rutgers will also host the Big Ten Tournament this season at HighPoint.com Stadium on May 2-4. Ticket information will be released at a future date.
The 2019 season starts on February 2 versus Lafayette. The eight-game home schedule includes Big Ten home games against Maryland and Michigan, along with non-conference matchups against Lafayette, Army, Loyola, Princeton, Lehigh and Hofstra.
The Scarlet Knights are coming off a nine-win campaign in 2018 that included four ranked victories. The team has won at least nine games in the past three seasons, accomplishing that feat for the first time in program history.
Rutgers has enjoyed great success on its home field in recent seasons. Over the past 23 home games, RU is 21-2 with 11 ranked wins, and the only two losses coming to teams ranked in the top six nationally.
"Our players take a lot of pride in playing in our home stadium," head coach Brian Brecht said. "It's obvious that they have been fired up to play in the atmosphere that has been created here on campus by the fans, alumni and with the support of our administration. With the amount of youth and high school teams around Central New Jersey, coming to a Rutgers game is an easy drive for lacrosse fans in the surrounding areas. Our crowds have helped energize HighPoint.com Stadium on game day."
The Scarlet Knights return six starters from last season in attackmen Kieran Mullins and Tommy Coyne, midfielders Casey Rose and Ryan Gallagher, defenseman Garrett Bullett and goalkeeper Max Edelmann. RU also brings back long-stick midfielders Kyle Pless and Garrett Michaeli, in addition to Mark Christiano at short-stick defensive midfielder and 2016 Big Ten Freshman of the Year Adam Charalambides on attack.
