1. The newest members of the Rutgers Athletics Hall of Fame will be inducted this Friday at the Hilton East Brunswick at 6:30 p.m. and recognized at halftime on Saturday at SHI Stadium.
2. In celebration of the Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers will wear its throwback strategy uniforms on Saturday against Minnesota. The uniforms emulate Rutgers' tradition and heritage through retro designs, colorways and throwback graphics.
3. PnB Rock will perform at MidKnight Madness on Thursday, Oct. 24 at the College Avenue Gymnasium to officially kick off the men's and women's basketball seasons at Rutgers.
4. Director of Athletics Pat Hobbs announced today the retention of Ventura Partners, a leading executive search and talent management agency with a diverse range of consulting and intelligence services.
5. Rutgers Athletics announced single game/match ticket information for men's basketball, women's basketball and wrestling at the RAC in 2019-20.

No. 21/19 Women's Soccer (10-2-2, 4-2-1)

• Claimed a 1-0 victory at Iowa with Amanda Visco recording the goal and Meagan McClelland posting her eighth shutout of the year (Recap).
• Played to a 1-1 draw at Nebraska to remain undefeated in road matches this season at 3-0-2 (Recap).
• Brittany LaPlant was named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week after posting five points (2g, 1a) to lift RU to wins over Penn State and Northwestern.
No. 19 Field Hockey (6-6, 1-3 Big Ten)
• Hits the road this weekend, facing No. 18 Ohio State (Friday, 3 pm, BTN Plus) and No. 24 Michigan State (Sunday, 12 pm, BTN Plus).
• Earned its first Big Ten win of the season on Friday with a 3-2 victory over Indiana. Junior Kerrie Burns had her first career multi-goal game with two tallies, including the game-winner in the final minute. (Recap | Highlights)
• Fell 4-1 Sunday to No. 8 Northwestern on the Big Ten Network. (Recap)
Men's Soccer (7-3-2, 1-3-1 Big Ten)
• Travels to Hartford on Tuesday (7 p.m., streaming) looking to improve on an unbeaten 6-0-1 record in non-conference play.
• Defeated Wisconsin, 3-0, for its first Big Ten victory on Friday evening at Yurcak Field (RVision Highlights).
• Jake Longo's game-winner was his first goal as a Scarlet Knight, as Pablo Ávila netted his team-leading fifth and Brendan Wall collected his second.
Volleyball (6-11, 0-6 Big Ten)
• Travels to Michigan State on Friday (7 p.m.) and Michigan on Saturday (7 p.m.).
• Hit a Big Ten season-best .220 in a loss vs. Ohio State (Recap).
• Took the first set and late in the third set led in kills, digs, aces and blocks before falling to Maryland in four (Recap).
Men's Cross Country
• Competes at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday.
Women's Cross Country
• Prepares for the Princeton Invitational on Saturday.
• Won the 2019 Metropolitan Cross Country Championship placing first overall in the nine team field with three top 10 finishes and all seven entries among the top 25 (Recap).
• Olympia Martin ran to a runner-up performance, a mere .4 seconds off the leader, and clocked in with a new PR of 18:19.5.
Men's Golf
• Competes at the Quail Valley Collegiate, hosted by Michigan State, next Sunday and Monday in Vero Beach, Florida.
• Junior Christopher Gotterup captured the 2019 Fighting Irish Classic individual title last Tuesday in South Bend. Gotterup shot a 14-under-par 199 to secure his title.
• For his efforts, Gotterup was named Big Ten Golfer of the Week for the first time in his career.
Women's Golf
• Returns to the links for the Blue Hen Invitational, Oct. 19-20 in Rehoboth Beach (Del.).
• Placed third with a 609 (305-304) total in challenging conditions at the 11-team Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational at Sahalee Country Club (Recap).
Tennis
• Set to compete at the ITA Regionals from Oct. 17-22 hosted by Army in West Point, New York.
Men's Basketball
• Named T.J. Thompson the Scarlet Knights' director of basketball administration.
Women's Basketball
