PISCATAWAY, N.J. – No. 24/25 Rutgers men's basketball (14-4, 5-2) joined the national rankings for the first time in 41 years on Monday, and on Tuesday, Rutgers athletics announced that tickets for the upcoming home game on Saturday against Nebraska are sold out. The sell-out is the fifth sell-out of the season, and fourth consecutive, marking the first time for the program with four straight sell-outs since 2000. The Scarlet Knights have previously sold out games against Seton Hall, Penn State, Indiana and Minnesota this season.

Off to its best home start (13-0) in program history, the Scarlet Knights have the second best home record in the nation. Rutgers is tied for second in the Big Ten Conference standings and is three games over .500 in league play for the first time since 1998-99. On Sunday, the Scarlet Knights defeated Minnesota 64-56 at the RAC to earn their eighth win in nine games while providing head coach Steve Pikiell with his 250th career victory.
Rutgers is 18 in the NCAA NET rankings, 24 in the Pomeroy Ratings, 27 in the Sagarin Ratings and 36 in the ESPN Basketball Power Index (BPI) entering Wednesday evening's game at No. 19 Iowa. The Scarlet Knights remaining schedule is rated sixth nationally in difficulty per the BPI.

Rutgers will implement an alternate traffic pattern for the game. Fans are encouraged to arrive early, as increased traffic volume may delay ingress and egress.
