Tennis Prepares for Minnesota

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers tennis travels to Minnesota for its second of four straight road matches. The Scarlet Knights will take on the Golden Gophers at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Mar. 6 at Baseline Tennis Center.

- The Scarlet Knights hold an 8-3 overall record, coming off of a 5-2 victory over Delaware.
- Rutgers looks to add their first conference win to their current 0-2 Big Ten record, as well as their first win over the Golden Gophers who have taken the last five matches.
- Sophomore Kristiana Zahare remains undefeated in singles play winning seven matches this season, including two matches that were played into a third set.

- Minnesota currently owns a 10-3 record, with its most recent match against Colorado resulting in a 1-4 loss.
- Rutgers will be the first conference opponent the Golden Gophers encounter this season.
- Junior Juliet Zhang and redshirt freshman Dalila Said have combined for 24 wins and 2 losses in singles play this season.
