"While this is just the second time our two teams have competed for the Cannon Trophy, this has become a meet we look forward to and will continue to circle on our calendar. While it's disappointing we are not to be bringing back the trophy to Rutgers, we continued to improve our times and swim faster as well as get a boost from our divers. It's not the outcome we wanted, but there were a lot of positives we can take out of today's meet. A good number gave us their best times of the year. Â It's about continuing to improve to be at our best come championship season." - head coach
