Men's Lacrosse Has Program Record Eight Scholar All-Americans

Franckowiak, Kirst, Rall, Kamish, Jean-Felix, Jacoby, Gallagher, Bartolo Recognized
With these selections, Rutgers now has 34 Scholar All-Americans in program history, including 30 recognized in the past eight years and 21 in the past four years. In 2021 Adam Charalambides, Ryan Gallagher, Jaryd Jean-Felix, Connor Kirst, Zach Masessa and Kieran Mullins all earned the accolade. In 2020, Kieran Mullins and Adam Charalambides were recognized. The 2019 group was Adam Charalambides, Mark Christiano, Max Edelmann, Garrett Michaeli and Kyle Pless. Those selections joined Christian Mazzone and Michael Rexrode (2018), Connor Murphy (2017), Scott Bieda and Zack Sikora (2016), Joe Nardella and Campbell Sode (2015), Will Mangan (2012), Brian Shemesh (2011), Jamie Lovejoy (2005) and Jeff Duca (2003).
Franckowiak is a three-time Academic All-Big Ten Selection and two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.
Kirst is an All-American, First Team All-Big Ten selection and All-ECAC.
Rall is an All-American, First Team All-Big Ten selection and the ECAC Defensive Player of the Year.
Kamish is an All-American and All-ECAC selection currently playing in the pros with the PLL's Whipsnakes.
Jean-Felix is an All-American, All-Big Ten and All-ECAC selection earning his second Scholar All-American accolade.
Jacoby is an All-American, All-Big Ten and All-ECAC selection.
Gallagher is a four-time Academic All-Big Ten selection earning his second Scholar All-American accolade.
Bartolo is an All-ECAC selection who scored 45 goals this past season, fifth most in a single-season in RU history.
The USILA Scholar All-America Program was established to recognize student-athletes from USILA member institutions who have distinguished themselves academically, athletically and as citizens of their communities. The USILA Selection Committee selects an overall team representing Division I, II and III.
