Emily Mason, earning her third All-Conference honor and second First Team nod, anchored a stellar defense in 2024 that posted eight team shutouts and a 0.71 goals-against average. A steady presence in the back, Mason played all but two minutes the entire season and scored two goals and picked up an assist out of the back. Mason and the defense have allowed four or less shots on goal in 12 matches this season, including seven with three or less shots on target by the opposition. Mason was named the National Player of the Week and the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 24.

Riley Tiernan has now been named to the All-Big Ten lists in all four of her seasons "On the Banks."
Riley Tiernan scored four goals and added nine assists in the regular season. She played the full 90 minutes in seven Big Ten matches, scoring two goals - including the game-winner in the 1-0 win over Washington - with four assists. Along the way, Tiernan became the all-time record holder at Rutgers with 32 career assists and moved into eighth place all-time in the Big Ten in career helpers.
Shaela Bradley burst onto the scene, earning a spot in the starting lineup in all 17 matches during her rookie year. Three of her four goals came in Big Ten play, including the tying goal in the 1-1 draw at No. 19 Penn State and the game-winner in the 2-1 victory over Illinois. Bradley added three assists, including two in conference matches. She earned a pair of Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors in 2024.
Kassidy Banks is a senior captain in 2024, contributing significantly to the eight shutouts and stingy goals-against average. For the third consecutive season covering 55 matches, Banks has not picked up a single yellow card this year. Banks started and played in 16 matches this season, playing the full 90 minutes in all 16.
