Women’s Lacrosse Releases 2025 Schedule

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers women's lacrosse has announced its full schedule for the 2025 season. The 17-game slate features nine home dates, eight Big Ten Conference matchups and eight opponents that appeared in last year's NCAA Tournament.
All times and television dates will be finalized later on.
Rutgers opens its season with back-to-back road games, including a trip to West Point, New York on Saturday, February 8 to face Army. The Scarlet Knights also compete at Monmouth (February 12) before it hosts Delaware in its home opener on Saturday, February 15 at SHI Stadium. RU closes out the month with a weekend home matchup against Le Moyne on Saturday, March 22 in Piscataway.
Rutgers is set for eight games in March, traveling to New Haven, Connecticut to face Yale on Saturday, March 1. The Scarlet Knights return to SHI Stadium to host Stony Brook on Wednesday, March 5 before heading to Long Island to face Hofstra on Saturday, March 8 in Hempstead, New York. RU hosts in-state rival Princeton on Wednesday, March 12 for a 7 p.m. matchup under the lights in Piscataway.
Rutgers opens Big Ten play on the road with the program's first trip to Oregon on Saturday, March 16 in Eugene. A midweek out-of-conference home game with Temple (March 20) follows before the Scarlet Knights head to Baltimore to face Johns Hopkins on Sunday, March 23. Rutgers closes the month against Ohio State on Sunday, March 30 at SHI Stadium.
April features five conference matchups, beginning with a trip to Happy Valley to face Penn State on Thursday, April 3. Three home dates follow, which include games against reigning national runner-up Northwestern (April 6), USC (April 10) and Maryland (April 16). The regular season concludes at Michigan on Saturday, April 19 in Ann Arbor.
The 2025 Big Ten Tournament begins Wednesday, April 23 in College Park, Maryland and runs through Saturday, April 26. The NCAA Tournament begins in May, with the Final Four set for May 23-25 in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
