PRINCETON, N.J. - No. 15 Rutgers rowing won five of its seven races on Day 1 of the Ivy League Invitational on Friday on Lake Carnegie.

The Varsity 8, 2nd Varsity 8, Varsity 4, 2nd Varsity 4, and Novice 8 boats all claimed victory in their races against RV Columbia and Dartmouth. The V8, 2V8, 2V4, and N8 all finished with open water ahead of the second-place finishers.

Racing continues on Day 2 with competition against No. 3 Princeton and No. 20 USC, with the two 3rd Varsity 4 boats taking on No. 6 Brown.
