EVANSTON, Ill. – Rutgers women's soccer lost at Northwestern by a score of 3-0 on Sunday afternoon at Martin Stadium.
The Scarlet Knights (3-6-4, 1-6-1) conceded a pair in the first half to the Wildcats (6-3-6, 2-2-4), who would add on another in the second half to close out the victory.Â
Northwestern capitalized twice early on its first two chances, cashing in the first goal of the match just seven minutes in and adding a second in the 20th minutes.Â
17 minutes into the second half, the Wildcats would add another to make it 3-0 and put the match away.Â

Olivia Bodmer made her 200th career save, becoming the ninth player in program history to reach the mark. Bodmer made three saves in the match, bringing her total to 202 for her career, which is ninth in program history.Â
Rutgers returns home this upcoming weekend for a pair of games against Ohio State and Michigan, with Thursday's match against the Buckeyes set for 7 p.m. at Yurcak Field. Â
