PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Rutgers field hockey has announced a numbers of changes to the schedule for the eagerly anticipated upcoming season.Â
One game saw a location shift, with an additional home game added to the schedule. The annual meeting against in-state rival, which is slated for Sunday, September 14, will now be played in Piscataway.Â
Two games were selected to be nationally televised by the Big Ten Network, with the Scarlet Knights tying for the most TV games selected by BTN this year. RU will have it's home game against Northwestern (Friday, October 17) on BTN, with the time shifted to 4 p.m. Additionally, Rutgers' road game at Michigan on Sunday, October 5, will be televised by BTN.Â
Rutgers also made one additional time change. The game against New Hampshire on Friday, September 19, will be moved earlier in the day to noon, with Rutgers football hosting a home game that night against Iowa at 8 p.m.Â
