Men's Soccer Reveals 2026 Fall Schedule

PISCATAWAY, N.J. āĀ Rutgers men's soccer has revealed its 2026 fallĀ schedule,Ā featuringĀ 16 total matches, including nineĀ to be played at RWJ BarnabasĀ StadiumĀ at Yurcak Field.Ā Ā

The team will kick off the campaign with a pair of road games in the Washington D.C. area, facing American on Thursday, Aug. 20 followed by Georgetown on Sunday, Aug. 23.Ā Ā
The Scarlet Knights will then return home for aĀ five-gameĀ homestand starting withĀ Sacred HeartĀ onĀ Friday,Ā Aug. 28. RU will then welcome Seton Hall (Sept. 4), UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 7), UCLA (Sept. 11)Ā for its Big Ten openerĀ and finally Princeton (Sept. 15) for its final nonconference test.Ā Ā
RutgersĀ will dive back into conference play with another two-match road stretch at Ohio State onĀ Friday,Ā Sept. 18 andĀ defendingĀ National ChampionsĀ WashingtonĀ a weekĀ later on Friday, Sept. 25.Ā The team will come back from the west coast to hostĀ Northwestern on Friday,Ā Oct. 2 and Maryland onĀ Tuesday,Ā Oct. 6.Ā Ā
The final five contests of the slate will rotate between home and away, starting with a trip to Wisconsin (Oct. 10) before comingĀ backĀ "OnĀ TheĀ Banks" to handle Indiana (Oct. 16).Ā From there, the team will journey to Penn State (Oct. 20) before hosting Michigan (Oct. 23) and ending the season at Michigan State (Oct. 30).Ā Ā
