What would you like to say to the R Fund donors who have provided for your scholarship and/or facility resources? |
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Rutgers has been the best 4 years of my life, and a lot of that has to do with experiences and memories that can only be made possible by your selfless decision to give back to this school. Your belief and support of us Is immeasurable and we only hope to give back boundless memories with success both on and off the court. A thank you, quite simply put, is not enough. You R the best fans, supporters, in the country and we only hope to return the favor as best we can as people, and as players. |
How has Rutgers and donor support changed your life? |
Rutgers has become my second home. Scratch that, New Jersey has become my second home. Without the support of our donors, I’m not so sure we would have the same success. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting numerous donors and creating friendships along the way with some that will last a lifetime. Their caring and selfless approach to life only inspires me more to give back to this great University one day, and this amazing state. Rutgers has provided me with the best relationships and friendships, ones I could not even imagined happening. From my roommate to friends from other sports teams, Rutgers has given me the opportunity to be myself in front of the best people in the world. When people ask me what I love about Rutgers, the first thing I always tell them is “the people.” And I’m not positive I will find that everywhere I go in this life. Thank you to the donors and Rutgers for being a kairos of sorts, leading to endless memories that I am forever grateful for along this journey. |
