Prior to Rutgers: Played four years of lacrosse at Bernards HS … as a junior in 2023, made 241 saves and allowed just 107 goals … in senior season, made 228 saves and allowed just 104 goals … posted save percentage over 70% in 2024 and led team to Group 1 championship and advancing to Semifinals of Kirst Cup with 21-3 overall record… named three-star recruit by Inside Lacrosse … also played basketball and football

Personal: Son of Michelle and Kyle Kirst … father, Kyle, was a three-time letterwinner at Rutgers lacrosse, a goalkeeper who was member of 1990 NCAA Tournament team … has four older brothers who all played Division I lacrosse, all four of whom are currently in the Premier Lacrosse League … older brothers Colin (2021-22) and Connor (2021) were All-Americans at Rutgers on NCAA Tournament teams and now play professional lacrosse together as teammates with the Cannons … older brother Cole played at Lehigh and Syracuse, and now in PLL, while brother CJ played lacrosse at Cornell and was the No. 1 Draft Pick in the 2025 College Draft by the Waterdogs
