Jon Lanzalotto came to Rutgers for the 2022-23 school year as the men's lacrosse team's Director of Operations. In his role, he assists the in the day-to-day operation of the program including practice and film.
Lanzalotto spent the 2022 spring season as the defensive coordinator at Madison High School. He previously served as a coach for the Montclair High School freshman and varsity teams, the West Essex JV lacrosse team, and worked with the NJ Riot.
Lanzalotto graduated from Montclair State in December of 2021. He played in 27 games over a three-year career for the Red Hawks, tallying 11 goals and eight assists. He played high school lacrosse in New Jersey at South Brunswick, where he was a two-year captain and four year starter.
