Twenty-Eight Winter Student-Athletes Named Academic All-Big Ten

March 22, 2017 PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Big Ten Conference recognized 28 Scarlet Knights on the Winter 2017 Academic All-Big Ten list, it was announced Wednesday. Four different Rutgers programs are represented on the list with 11 from women's swimming & diving, seven from women's gymnastics, eight representatives from wrestling and two members of the women's basketball team.

To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be letterwinners who are in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
