Scarlet Knights register nine total podium finishes

IOWA CITY, IOWA – Rutgers men's track and field concluded its weekend at the 2019 Big Ten Outdoor Championships on Sunday at the University of Iowa. Across the three-day event, the Scarlet Knights registered nine podium finishes and claimed two medals.

MEDALISTS
On Friday, graduate student Chris Mirabelli registered a throw of 71.83m (235' 8") in the javelin to claim his third Big Ten title in the event. Mirabelli collected All-Big Ten First Team honors, while Bridgett was named All-Big Ten Second Team.
